Orders usually ship out within 2 business days of cleared payment.
  • Items will be shipped via UPS, USPS or Fedex.
  • Tracking #'s will be sent to your email address when they become available.
  • No PO Boxes accepted; physical shipping address required.

  • You must contact us to request a return before sending the item back
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • We must receive the item at our location within 30 days of delivery of the item
  • Bottle(s) with partially consumed herbs may not be returned
Damaged Merchandise
  • Please inspect your merchandise carefully upon arrival and report any damaged merchandise to us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible! Damages must be reported within 48 Hours of delivery for claims to be valid (as per the carrier's policy).
  • Please retain all damaged items, original packaging and container(s) for claims purposes until the claim is settled with the carrier. 
Defective Merchandise
  • Please inspect your merchandise carefully upon arrival and report any defective or missing merchandise to us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible!
  • We will pay return shipping for defective merchandise and ship out a replacement product as soon as the item is in transit back to us. We will ship missing merchandise ASAP.
